Jenny & Ray
10 September 2009
A couple of my close friends got married at the weekend. I have known Jenny since we met at school when we were about 13. We studied the same A-Levels at college, and then the same degree at university. Jenny met Ray when we started at college through a mutual friend, and they have been inseparable ever since. They got engaged seven years ago, so this wedding has been well overdue! In June I took some photographs of them together and I have been waiting until after the wedding to put them on here as one of the photos was mounted and framed so that their wedding guests could leave them messages on their big day.

Bridlington & Sewerby
23 August 2009
Yesterday was a gorgeous hot summers day which we spent walking from Bridlington up to Sewerby, and then back to Bridlington harbour for an ice cream. The coastal path here is beautiful and I can't wait to take more photographs of it during the changing seasons.

Sewerby cricket club must be one of the most spectacular in the country, the view from the pitch is stunning:
We always used to visit Bridlington on holiday when I was little, i've had many fish and chips sat in this harbour:
Summer
22 August 2009
I always feel like summer has fully arrived when there are bails of hay in the fields. North Yorkshire has a lot of beautiful fields that are full of them. Last week I took a few photos in the field behind our house...

Even though it was quite late in the evening the farmer was still very hard at work harvesting:
Lottie
8 August 2009
My brother and his gf have come to visit for the week. This is their first trip to our new house. I am biased, but they have the most perfect little dog called Lottie. It's a challenge to get good photographs of her because she never sits still, and whenever I get my camera out she thinks it's a game! This morning I managed to get these shots of her - I think I may have to frame one of them for my wall!![]()
