Hijak the Band are a local band from Essex. This weekend I met up with them to take a few photos which are to be included in a brochure for a wedding venue. They play all kinds of music ranging from Queen to The Hoosiers, as well as their own original songs.

Last night I watched Australia on dvd and it was absolutely fantastic! It's one of the best films I have seen in a long time. Anyway, even though a lot of it wasn't filmed in Darwin it reminded me of my visits there in 2003 and 2004 and so this morning I went back through my photos and thought I would post a few on here. I first got into photography when I went to Australia in 2003 and I only had a compact camera - how things have changed!

On Good Friday I met baby H and her mum and dad to get some photos. She is only 7 weeks old but she can hold her head up so well! Thanks for a lovely afternoon, it was nice to meet you all :)
